Фунчеза с индейкой и овощами
Delicious, juicy and crispy Asian-style salad. Use turkey as a meat component so that the salad is not only hearty, but also healthy.
INGREDIENTS
turkey fillet 250 gr.,
carrots 1 pc.,
bell pepper 0.5 pcs.,
fresh cucumber (small) 1 pc.,
garlic 3 teeth.,
funcheza (bean vermicelli) 100 gr
chili 1 pc.,
sesame oil 3 tablespoons,
soy sauce 3 tablespoons,
apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons,
sesame seeds 1 tablespoon,
salt,
sugar,
RECIPE:
1. Dip the funchezu in boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Throw in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Cut the cooled funchese with scissors for convenience.
2. Cut the turkey fillet into thin strips. Salt and pepper. Fry in a pan until tender. Grate the carrots on a special grater with straws and send to the turkey in the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes. The carrots should only soften slightly, but remain crispy.
3. Cut the bell peppers into strips and add to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat.
4. Cut the fresh cucumber into strips. Cut the chili into rings. Squeeze the garlic through a press. Combine the contents of the pan, cucumber, garlic and chili in a saucepan.
5. Season funcheza with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil. Add sugar and salt to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
HELPFUL ADVICE:
If desired, the cucumber can be replaced with green radish.

Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and spices to your taste.
