Asian Chicken Salad in Peanut Dressing
This juicy and vibrant Asian salad combines blanched edamame beans (green soybeans) with bitter watercress, sweet and sour oranges, Iceberg lettuce, fresh carrots and spicy grilled chicken pieces. But an Asian salad would be incomplete without a crunchy ingredient. Add crispy chow mein noodles and drizzle with peanut butter dressing and hot siracha sauce. Eat and enjoy a fantastic mix of contrasting flavors.
