Cho-kogi pogom /Korea/
Cho-kogi pogum is a national Korean dish.
Fried onions, carrots and mushrooms are stewed with chopped pork. A dish with herbs is served.
Ingredients:
Pork - 300 Grams,
Champignons - 300 Grams,
Onions - 1 Piece,
Carrots - 1 Piece,
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt - 1 Pinch Greens - 4 Pieces (For poach).
Preparation:
1. Cut the onion into cubes.
2. Fry the onions in oil until translucent.
3. Cut the meat into pieces.
4. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
5. Cut the carrots into strips.
6. Add carrots to the onion, fry for 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms and meat, fry. Then add half a glass of water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
7. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
