Broth. Put beef bones in boiling water and cook over medium heat for two hours, add salt, chopped ginger and lemongrass, and at the very end - onions. “This is the most time consuming part. Add salt and spices (grated ginger, lemongrass) and leave for a while while the rest of the ingredients are cooked.
