Fried rice with seafood / Thailand /

Ingredients: Sea cocktail - 500 Gram, Egg - 1 Piece, Onion - 1 Piece, Carrot - 1 Piece, Broccoli - 1/2 Piece, Fresh mushrooms - 100 Gram, Garlic - 2 Cloves, Green onion - 2 Pieces, Vegetable oil - 2 Art. spoons, Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon, Ground black pepper - To taste, Rice - 250 grams, Green peas - 100 grams (fresh). cooking: 1. Boil the rice until almost cooked. Peel and rinse all vegetables and mushrooms. Chop: onions, carrots and broccoli - into cubes, garlic and mushrooms - into slices, green onion feathers - obliquely. 2.In a small skillet, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, pour in a lightly beaten egg and fry an egg pancake. Transfer it to a plate, and when cool, roll it up and cut into strips. 3.Heat a wok or deep skillet over high heat, add the remaining vegetable oil, let it heat up too. Place the seafood shake in the wok and fry, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Place the seared seafood on a plate and set aside for now. 4. In the freed wok, put the chopped onions, fry, stirring, for 1 minute. 5.Add the garlic and carrots. When the garlic slices are golden, add the rice and stir, loosening the rice with a wooden spatula so that not a single lump remains. 6. Add broccoli, mushrooms, green peas and fry all together, stirring vigorously, for another 3-4 minutes. 7. Return the seared seafood to the wok, add soy sauce, oyster sauces, and egg noodles. Mix gently. 8. Add black pepper to taste and serve hot, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Servings Per Container: 4, Medium Difficulty.
