Fried shrimps in sweet and sour glaze

Cooking shrimp in a delicious glaze will take you only 15 minutes. A mixture of Chinese plum sauce, ketchup and rice vinegar gives a perfectly balanced taste. Stir in the sautéed shrimp to coat them evenly with icing, sprinkle with green onions and you're done! Serve with boiled white rice for a simple yet delicious Asian-inspired dish. Ingredients for the recipe: 600 gr. medium shrimp, peeled of shells, tails and intestinal veins 1/4 tbsp. Chinese plum sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp ground red pepper flakes 1 tbsp. l. peanut butter 2 chives, finely chopped (white parts separate from green ones) 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 1 tsp. finely chopped peeled ginger root 3 tbsp. l. rice vinegar without salt Boiled white rice, for serving (optional) Cooking time 15 min.
