Teriyaki chicken / Japan /

The teriyaki chicken is prepared like this - first, the marinated chicken fillet is fried on the grill. Then, using the marinade of sweet rice wine, ginger, sugar and soy sauce, prepare the teriyaki sauce. Chicken with teriyaki sauce will acquire an unusually peculiar delicate taste, try it, you will not be disappointed. Ingredients: Chicken breasts (with skin) - 4 pcs. For the marinade: Rice wine vinegar - 3 tbsp l. Soy sauce - 5 tbsp l. Mirin (sweet rice wine) - 5 tbsp l. Sugar - 3 tbsp. l. Fresh ginger (grate) - 1 piece (5 cm) Preparation: 1.Stir all marinade ingredients until sugar dissolves. 2. Use the sharp knife (or skewer) to pierce the chicken breasts all over the surface. Place them in the marinade and make sure the meat is completely covered. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. 3. Preheat your barbecue or grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade (do not empty, you will need it for the sauce). Fry at medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Place on a platter and let sit in a warm place for a few minutes while the teriyaki sauce is cooked. 4.Pour the marinade into a small heavy saucepan, bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens. Chop up the fried chicken and serve with hot teriyaki sauce. Difficulty: medium.
